Understanding Bill Pay
Bill pay is a convenient banking service that allows you to pay your bills directly from your bank account without the need for physical checks or cash. By enrolling in bill pay through your bank, you can automate payments to various entities, including your Association, ensuring timely and hassle-free transactions.
Enrolling in Bill Pay
To start using bill pay, contact your bank, or log in to your online banking portal. This service is often complimentary and can be easily set up by following your bank’s instructions. Once enrolled, you can manage and schedule your payments, adding an extra layer of convenience to your financial management.
Most but not all of our Associations take part in the Zrent Online Payment Option.
There is no fee for payments made through the Zrent platform.
To make a payment on ZRent, you will need to be sent a registration link by us. Once you receive the link you will need to set up your login info.
Once set up, you simply log in & and either schedule recurring payments or make a one-time payment.

Zrent Payments is an arrangement between the Homeowner and the Association’s bank and neither the Association nor E and C has a role in the set up or management of these payments.

For transactions processed using a bank account and routing number, Quick Pay applies a fee of $2.95. Payments made via debit or credit card incur a charge of 3.95%.
